We research which companies, government services and professionals are qualified to help you directly where your local caregiving needs exist based on the specific requirements of your family.  Unlike many online lists, no providers pay a fee to be listed with us and we have no affiliations with any of the institutions or individuals we suggest. Our criteria is based on licensing and recognized expertise and individual research with each client.

Here is just some of what you may need to know about:

Adult day care centers;  senior centers; local community services like meals on wheels and transportation services; closest nursing homes (and their ratings); assisted living facilities and ratings; home health care; and non medical care providers; your state authorized POLST form; Health Care Directive Forms for your state; a customizable DPOA form; local certified geriatric care consultants; local qualified elder law attorneys;  average cost of care in your state. Insurance and financial consultants who deal with elder issues and anything else you might need.

Elder planning is a very broad subject! The information offered here is generic and not state-specific. No legal advice is offered. Our approach is to "open the door" to the issues and encourage your family to get the specific help they need.
